On the third day of classes, two students at Beech Grove High School found sophomore Justin Stewart being dragged and beaten in a closet.

Beech Grove City Schools spokesperson Mitzi Garman declined to comment on whether Stewart or his assailants were disciplined, saying that “it would be inappropriate to discuss the details of individual student matters publicly.” “I can confirm that our administrative team handled the investigation promptly and that communications were handled in accordance with policy,” she continued.
