A woman from Indiana County is now facing attempted homicide charges following an incident on Saturday morning, according to police reports. The incident occurred in Conemaugh Township, Pennsylvania.
State Police in Indiana responded to a domestic dispute on August 3rd at around 9:33 a.m. The incident occurred in Conemaugh Township on Clarksburg Road in the 3300 block.
According to the police report, the altercation between the victim and Mary Elizabeth Stuller, a 60-year-old resident of Clarksburg, escalated into a physical confrontation. Stuller allegedly hit the victim on the head with a blunt object, causing them to fall to the ground.
The authorities have identified the victim as a white, non-Hispanic male based on the available information.
In the office of District Judge Christopher S. Welch, Stuller was apprehended and accused of Attempted Homicide.
