David E. Gallaher, a 31-year-old resident of Indiana, appeared before Indiana County Common Pleas President Judge Thomas M. Bianco on Monday.

At 2:35 p.m. on September 27, 2023, the Indiana Borough Police received a call regarding a disruptive individual at a business located on the 600 block of Water Street.

David Gallaher, 30, from Indiana, was interviewed by officers at the scene before departing without any further incident.

In a hearing at Common Pleas Court on Monday, Judge Michael T. Clark handed down a three-month probation sentence to Gary V. Hazlette, a 25-year-old resident of Penn Run. This sentence was for his involvement in indirect criminal contempt earlier this year.
