MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. — In Marshall County, Indiana, a significant event took place recently.
On Saturday night, authorities apprehended a woman for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
A crash at US-31 and Veterans Parkway prompted officials to respond around 9:30 p.m.
Authorities have reported that Tresh Ilyn Alberto Withey, 32 years old, veered off the road and collided with the cable barrier in the median.
The police report revealed that her blood alcohol level was tested at 0.409, which is over five times the legal limit.
Any alcohol level above .04% is considered potentially deadly by doctors.
The charge against her is Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or More.
